Eulo Palm Grove and Artesian Mud Baths

Eulo Palm Grove and Artesian Mud Baths

The Eulo Date farm and winery was a success bringing great praise to the little township of Eulo.
The Afghan Cameleers were responsible for introducing the date palm to Australia in the early 1800's, many of the trees were able to survive around the bores and more arid areas.
The Eulo Date farm was first established in Eulo in the 1980's and over a period of time produced rather unique products, the latest of them being the introduction of figs.

Palm Grove no longer operates as a date farm, however,  with the recent establishment of mud baths in which visitors can soak in the hot artesian water accompanied by wine and nibbles before lathering in the mineral rich mud that hydrates the skin Palm Grove is still a must see in the area.
